• Students must have ALL required forms completed and turned in 24 hours prior to attending tryouts. See the Athletics page or Mrs. Williams in the gym for the required forms.

• Athletics Waiver Form
• District Extracurricular Activity Form
• FHSAA Physical EL2 Form

Tryout Information:

• 4:30pm-5:30pm
• Students will report to the gym at 4:30pm when after school activities are dismissed
• Students will need to bring a change of athletic clothes and a water bottle (golf clubs are encouraged but not required)
• Students must have transportation home by 5:30pm (biker/walker, parent pick-up, activity bus to a school closer to home)
