Three Oaks Middle School

Guidelines:
The “Early Heron” program is designed to provide a supervised location for Three Oaks Middle students prior to 9:15 a.m. The program will operate from 7:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. every student school day. All students dropped off prior to 9:15 a.m. must be enrolled in the Early Heron Program. Students may bring snacks. Lee County District Schools offers a Free Breakfast Program for the 2019-2020 school year. Three Oaks Middle School begins serving breakfast at 9:15 a.m. each morning to all its students. The Early Heron Program is held Monday through Friday. The Fee-Based After School Program is held on Monday and Friday. After School Activities and Intramural Sports are held on most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and are free of charge. Bus transportation is provided on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

One registration fee per student of $25.00 is required to attend either program. This fee is non-refundable.

The cost of the program is $6 per day for Early Heron and $4 per day for the after school program. Per Florida Statute payments must be received in advance. Please make checks payable to “Three Oaks Middle School” and note on the check your child’s name and the week for which you are paying. Payment is due every Monday. Exact change or checks are required. Non-payment of fees will result in dismissal from the program. The Lee County School System does not extend credit to Fee Based programs.

• For the safety and security of students, a parent/guardian is required to come into the front office every day to sign their child into The Early Heron Morning Program.  Students staying for the after- school Fee-Based Program must be signed out daily by a parent/guardian.
• Students enrolled in the Early Heron and After School program must adhere to the District Code of Conduct and the School Responsibility Plan. Violation of either may result in the student being removed from the program.
• The school clinic will not be open until 9:45 a.m. All medication must be administered at home or in the clinic after 9:45 a.m. 

After-School Activities
To provide for student safety, students are required to be picked up by 5:30pm.  Violations of the 5:30pm pick up time will result in possible dismissal from all after school activities.  There is a daily cash fee of $1.00 per minute for students not picked up by 5:30pm.  All Three Oaks Middle After School Programs on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays are FREE to our students.  Fee Based supervision is on Monday and Friday at a cost of $4.00 per day per child.

Bus transportation for bus riders is available to school sites on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for students enrolled in TOMS face to face.

South Bus:  All schools south of TOMS campus.

North Bus:  All schools north of TOMS campus.
